Dr. Chad Lee is a double board-certified interventional pain physician and anesthesiologist dedicated to helping patients find relief from acute and chronic pain through multimodal treatments. He started his medical career at the Medical College of Georgia at the Georgia Health Sciences University, in his home state, followed by a surgical internship at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Later he pursued training in anesthesiology at the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed a pain management fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, one of the nation’s top hospitals.
With years of experience in both academic and private practice settings across the country, Dr. Lee brings a comprehensive and compassionate approach to pain management. He is skilled in a variety of cutting-edge techniques including spine and joint injections, PRP, radiofrequency ablation, and neuromodulation therapies such as spinal cord stimulation. His goal is to improve each patient’s quality of life by tailoring treatments to their specific needs and helping them return to the activities they love.
Dr. Lee is passionate about patient education, innovation in medical technology, and providing individualized care. He believes that a balanced lifestyle is key to overall well-being and brings that perspective into his patient care.

Meet Our Team

Diana Lozoya is the Office Manager and Medical Assistant at our practice, bringing over five years of experience in both front and back office medical operations. She trained at North-West College and plays an essential role in ensuring the office runs smoothly while providing excellent patient care. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Diana is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children, dancing, and exploring new foods.

Alyssa Lin serves as a Medical Assistant at Sequoia Pain and Spine, where she assists with front office operations and clinical support. She manages scheduling, patient communication, and procedural tray preparation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for both patients and staff. Alyssa is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching shows, exploring cafes, and trying new restaurants.
